Wong is increasingly interested in doing business with China. During his travels there, he has witnessed a growing middle class. People at that income level will be looking for places to service their cars, vacation destinations, credits cards to acquire and other things to spend money on. Wong also sees growth in outsourcing and new work models. "I think telework is hot." Hiring good people is tougher than ever, given traffic in the region and the rising cost of housing inside the Beltway.
